Port of the Islands Realty (POI Realty) is involved in a great majority of the property sales in the Port of the Islands community. Sure, we know you get requests to list your property with other Realtors, as other offices have found their way to our gem in waterfront property. Our offices are located directly in front of the community at the entrance to Newport Drive in the original developers sales center.   We have an amazing amount of walk-in and drive-by traffic and are on the Port of the Islands property and available to sellers and buyers 7 days a week. We have been on property since 1994. We've represented all the developers here, selling new homes and condos from the very first sale of each property. We have been instrumental in more condominium and home resales than any other entity at the "Port."
